THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURT - VIDIN WON A PROJECT UNDER OPAC

         Administrative Court - Vidin won a project OPAC , Priority Axis "Good Governance", Sub-priority "Transparent and effective judicial system." The project "In Service of the Society" will be implemented in partnership with the administrative courts of Vratza and Montana.
         
The main objective of the project is to contribute to increased public confidence in the judiciary, to increase transparency and accountability and its effective functioning. The project is aimed at achieving a permanent and well-informed citizens, businesses, public and NGO sector on the activities of administrative courts.
        
 Activities set out under the project include: public opinion survey on the territory of Vidin, Vratsa and Montana on the activities of administrative courts; 'risk assessment' of corrupt practices in the three administrative courts and presentation of the results of the studies, studying the experience of Germany as a Member State of the Union in the field of administrative justice and passing it here, conducting training for magistrates and court staff in three different directions, mostly working with the public, improvement of information systems.

Project "In Service of the Society" aims to raise confidence, professionalism, transparency, accountability and effective functioning of the judiciary. The focus of activities of our project is aimed at developing human resources: inside - the human factor in the judiciary, magistrates and officials, and outside - full public awareness at all levels - citizens, businesses, public and private sector.
